Pet Sitting:
For those on vacation, business or out-of-town trips. I recommend a minimum of 1 visit daily for cats and 2-3 visits daily for dogs. Rates are based on length of visit. The needs of your pets may also determine the visit length and how many visits needed each day to properly care for them.
Pet sitting visits include the following at no additional charge:
Mail/newspaper/flyer retrieval, alter lights/blinds/curtains, water
a few plants, put trash to curb, scoop litter box and home
security check. Fish or bird care no extra charge (but if care is
time consuming, additional charge may apply).

* Rates listed are for customers who reside within 5 mile radius of
my home base. Surcharge of $1.00 per mile over 5 miles will be
added to per visit rate. Exact rate will be determined at the initial
consultation visit.
If you need visits longer than 30 minutes, the rate is $5.00 per
15 minute increments.
Miscellaneous:
** The following holidays will incur an additional charge of $5.00
per visit:
New Year's Eve and Day (Dec 31st & Jan 1st), Christmas
(Dec 24, 25, 26), Thanksgiving Day, Easter Day, July 4th,
Memorial Day and Labor Day.
** Fees payable by cash, check or PayPal. Returned checks will
be subject to $20.00 service fee. Credit cards accepted
via PayPal.
** Pick-up and Drop-off key charge is $10.00. (No charge if picked
up at consultation appointment). You can choose for me to keep
your key on file (in locked safe) or return to you at end of visits.
** A deposit equal to half of anticipated charges is due before start
of job. Invoice will be left on last visit and balance is due within
10 days. You also have the option to pay full amount at start of
job.
** If I have to buy pet food, cat litter or other needed item during
your absence, you will be charged price of product plus $10.00
pick-up fee. Please make sure your pets have enough food and
cat litter on hand for length of pet sitting job.
** If you wish for me to pick-up dog waste, please have on hand
needed items:
Poop-scooper, waste bags & receptacle for disposal

** Rates listed are current and subject to change. Discounts
available to my fellow residents in the Fannin Farm subdivision
in south Arlington.
** Due to my extreme sensitivity to cigarette smoke, I can only
accept jobs in smoke-free homes.
** Dogs: All dogs under my care must be inside the house during
the night hours (crated or doggy door - ok).
** Cats: Indoor cats only.
** Please make sure all pets are up-to-date on rabies. Only
exception is senior cats.
